The Weatherbeeta Airflow exercise sheet is excellent to use whilst hacking. It is a mesh material and allows the air to circulate nicely so won't make the horse hot and sweaty underneath but gives them the protection they need from the biting and irritating midges and flies. You fit it under your saddle and it does up with a velcro tab closure at the wither and then there is a fillet string at the back so the sheet won't blow up in any breeze.
