Postage to any UK Mainland address is £4.99. This charge is per order not per item, so you can order as many items as you like and you will only be charged ONE postage.
Postage charge to any of the postcodes below is £13.99. A postage charge will be applied to EVERY item ordered.

We aim to despatch the same day all orders placed and paid for on our website before 12pm however please note this is not guaranteed. All orders placed and paid for after 12pm will be despatched the next working day.
If, for ANY reason, you are unhappy with your item, you can contact us within 30 days of your receipt by emailing:

We will then provide you with the correct address for your item to be returned to.
Please note: If you wish to return an unwanted item you must take reasonable care of the item/s, and it must be returned in re-sellable condition and in original packaging. Horse rugs must be tried on over another rug to prevent hair and dirt.

Shipping costs will vary according to size, weight and location. Please use the shipping calculator provided to check the cost before placing your order.
a. It is the customer's responsibility to supply Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout with the correct shipping information. Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout shall be under no liability for any postage costs if the wrong delivery information has been supplied.
b. All items delivered require a signature. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.
c. You will receive an email stating when your parcel has left us giving you your tracking number, the courier it has gone with, and a link to their website so you can check to see if there are any delays. If you have not received your item within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving the email please contact us by emailing customerservices@cybercheckout.com.
d. When you receive your item/s from the courier it is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked and in good condition BEFORE signing the delivery note. If the couriers attempt to deliver a parcel with damaged or open packaging PLEASE REFUSE IT and instruct the driver to return it back to us, or write the words DAMAGED where you would normally sign your signature. Please email us immediately so we can arrange for a new item to be sent to you.
e. If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct within 3 days of the card being left.
f. Heavy items such as large swimming pools, games tables etc may require assistance at point of delivery for help with unloading and carrying the item to your property.
g. The point of delivery is the nearest point of your property boundary that can be reached by the driver. The driver cannot be expected to carry the parcel within your property, i.e. to your front door or any other location. In certain circumstances when access to your property by the delivery vehicle is restricted, then the point of delivery will be the closest that the driver can reach with his vehicle.
h. We cannot be held responsible for non delivery of items if the delivery address given is not correct or incomplete (i.e. no house name or number/street details etc). If this is incorrect or incomplete the item may be returned to our distribution warehouse by the courier. We reserve the right to charge you for any resulting associated courier costs
i. All items will be dispatched to the address you supplied to Gridstop Ltd T/A Cyber Checkout.
j. Couriers in Norway are to Business Addresses only. We are unable to dispatch goods Norwegian Residential Addresses.
a. Under The Distance Selling Act you have the right to return/refuse an unwanted item within 7 days. You will be liable for the return postage cost or the associated costs of refusing a delivery. We will credit you the original postage.
b. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within a reasonable time of receipt. We will then arrange to collect and replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery.
a. All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.
b. No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. For this reason electronic means of payment are preferred.
